Another postponement in the Sam Scott case
The hearing to set a trial date for the driver charged in the Sam Scott case was most recently set for Friday, December 14, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. This hearing had been rescheduled more than once, and was postponed yet again.
The information we now have is that the next court date is Thursday, January 24. We don't have details about the time, or where, or what is supposed to happen.
As the date gets closer we will communicate any details we learn.
Sam was riding his bike and was hit on February 3, 2012. He died shortly after. My original blog post can be found here.
